Your side of PearlMarilyn runs in a web browser. There is nothing for you to download.

Calendar sync is live

Connect the calendar you already use - Google, Outlook or Apple - and the time you are already booked out blocks itself out on PearlMarilyn. You do not enter anything twice. Bookings we send you go back the other way, into your own calendar.

We read two things from your calendar: when you are busy, and where. No titles, no descriptions, no guest lists. That is a deliberate limit.

Each connected calendar gets its own colour on the grid, and you can switch any of them off to look at one at a time.

Team access is live

Three roles. An Owner sees everything including payouts. A Manager can quote and run bookings but never sees payouts. Staff see only the jobs they are assigned and their own availability. Everyone gets their own login, and you can remove anyone at any time.

The app is the client side

The PearlMarilyn app on the App Store is for the people booking you. There is no supplier app and there is not going to be one for now - everything on your side stays in the browser, on any device.

In build

Enquiry matching. Instead of every supplier seeing every job, an enquiry goes to the suppliers it actually suits. It is being built now and is not switched on yet.

Anything described as in build is not live. We will keep saying which is which.
